DocMDP
A certifying signature carries a DocMDP permission level that says which later
changes the author accepts: none, form filling, or form filling plus annotations.
UniPDF enforces it at validation time by comparing revisions, through a
sighandler.NewDocMDPHandler wrapped around the base handler.
DocMDP restriction certifies a document. The other two guides add a change on top, one the policy permits and one it rejects, and read what validation reports for each.
